The brunch and specialty coffee culture is a growing trend around the world. From mainstream restaurants to local hipster cafes found off the beaten path. The pre mid-day menu has been revolutionised with artfully arranged plates and curated ingredients that were previously reserved for after dark. It’s a trend that has become a huge part of our Australian culture and one of the things I miss the most whilst living abroad.
